Geri Hoggard, CPNP
Geri Hoggard earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She continued her training in the military, where she completed Officers Basic and Advanced Courses. She later completed a Nurse Trauma Care Course in Bethesda, Maryland and completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
Geri brings extensive nursing experience to Pediatric Associates of Montgomery County. Prior to joining the practice, she served as Clinical Head Nurse for Urology at the U.S. Army Reserve Hospital in Rockville, Maryland. Previously, she worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the Well Child Clinic at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Tripler, Hawaii.
Geri has received many honors and accolades throughout her career, including the Army Commendation Medal, the U.S. Army Reserve Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. She is an active member of the Uniformed Nurse Practitioners Association and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners. Geri is Board Certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
