Please join us for a virtual new parents group Thursdays at 1 pm via Zoom, moderated by Sarah Lartey, Nurse Practitioner. This group is ideal for new parents with babies 2-12 weeks old, although any parents with infants under the age of 1 are welcome. We intend for these meetings to be a way for new parents to connect with each other, share struggles and successes during these unprecedented times. We will focus each week on a general education topic including feeding, sleep, infant development, returning to work, and finding balance. We hope this group will be a welcome source of information and a forum for connecting with others. Feel free to drop in for one session or keep coming back weekly!
