Dr. Tolu Akinmade joined Pediatric Associates in July 2020. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and her Doctor of Medicine degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, N.J. She completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency training at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, N.J.
Dr Akinmade maintains affiliations with Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland, and Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, Maryland.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and TV shows, reading, traveling, sightseeing and spending time with family and friends.
