Kerri Kimbrell-Silva is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition from San Diego State University and went on to complete her post-graduate dietetic internship at California State University, Long Beach. She completed her Master of Science Degree in Human Nutrition through the University of New Haven. Kerri enjoys helping others through nutrition but especially enjoys working with children.
Kerri started her career working with the WIC Program where she had the privilege of working with pregnant and breastfeeding mothers as well as infants and children. She also has experience working as an inpatient and outpatient dietitian in hospitals and working with intellectually disabled individuals. Kerri has experience working with families and children with malnutrition, underweight, overweight, obesity, pre-diabetes and diabetes, feeding difficulties, tube feedings, food allergies, food intolerances, picky eating and general nutrition counseling.
Outside of the office, Kerri loves spending time with her daughter and her cats. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family. She very much looks forward to helping you and your child!
