What do I recommend? Everything! Availability of hours that include sick visits from 8 am to 8:45 am without an appointment. We have never waited an excessively long time to be seen. I've had no problems with any pediatrician in this office (Silver Spring). I've not been to other offices except maybe one time and it was okay as well. I am mother, grandmother and great-grandmother so I have been to this office many times - I think I am designated doctor-visit person. I took my granddaughter in one morning because she had a croupy cough and I wanted to catch it early. Turns out the doctor recommended chest x-ray which showed pneumonia in one lung - caught it early and treated with antibiotics. She had no other symptoms other than cough - so doctors don't "shrug" things off. My daughter has taken her children to Gaithersburg office and has been pleased also. Staff also great! Thanks to all. Staff is kind and truly care about our kids when they are seen

After doing a lot of research on local Pediatrician offices, I landed on Pediatric Associates and it has been 3 years now since we have been taking our kids there. Great doctors and multiple locations for convenience. Highly recommend it.

They have warm and friendly pediatricians who know how to talk with my child. They can speak her language, and put her at ease.
