Love this place. The staff is friendly and efficient, nurses are always smiling, and my kids absolutely adore doctor Jordan! Scheduling is well done and the wait time is not long. I can access my children's medical history anytime through a safe and secure online account. There's also public parking right acrosss the street in Wheaton. My only suggestion is that they change out the bulbs in their overhead lights in the waiting rooms because the lighting is very drab and makes EVERYONE look sick! Other than the lighting, it's a great place to bring your kids for experienced care.

Love Dr. Flick! She is so good with the kids. Caring and gentle. Very insightful on different issues. Never have difficulty making appointments, even if they are last minute.

Great people and service.

I have been taking my son to the Silver Spring location since he was born. Dr. Teresa Flick was our pediatrician in the hospital after birth and has remained our primary physician since. She has such a gentle way and is extremely knowledgeable. As a first time patent, she is patient and doesn’t pass judgement. I love that she has been available even during after hours emergencies. I was so surprised when she called to check on us after my son was hospitalized! Furthermore, the service we receive from Jocelyn at the front desk is unmatched! She is ALWAYS wearing a smile and somehow seems to remember all of our names, even my mother, who occassionally takes my son to the doctor when I’m at work. Going to the doctors office is such a pleasant experience for my son and I. I have no reservations recommending others!
