I have been taking both of my children for a few months and love them! Elizabeth Hall is fantastic and when we were having an issue with our insurance not going through for our son, the front desk and billing department both went out of their way to help me figure it out so I didn't have to pay out of pocket.

I have a 6 year old Son with special needs (cerebral palsy, cortical visual impairment and seizure disorder) and have yet to had a bad experience. From the scheduler, front desk staff, medical assistant (especially the male-he is amazing with kids), Nurses and Doctors, everyone is nice, helpful and respect your time. I have been very happy with each visit overall. Having just switched primary care providers at age 5, I had already established a level of confidence with what the doctor and his specific needs. I worried that new Doctors would not be able to help comfort my worries with seizures and random illnesses which often caused them. I was wrong! Pediatric Assocs Doctors all listened, were quite knowledgable and did not show any negative or unknowing regrets my way with my son's needs. They trusted my verbal background of his background as well as made sure he was comfortable both in and outside the office. Overall, I am very happy with my switch and would recommend the practice highly!
